We are proud to announce that the Grand Opening of the newest auction house in Great Lakes was a complete success. We are conveniently located on the south side of Luna, right outside the city gates. Auctions will be held every Sunday at 7pm Central, with the possibility of an additional day in the very near future. There will be Gaters located at both the Brit and Glow banks.
We have a honost and dedicated staff, some of which you well know, and we hope we can provide you with a safe, and enjoyable auction experience.We hope you check back with us often. Every Friday the new bidding list will be ready to view for that Sunday's auction. |

~Meet The Staff~
Howdy folks, names Lady Zlynn. I've been playing UO for about 3 and half years. Only shard i have ever played is Great Lakes, you know kinda my home away from home. I am all woman, age 39, housewife and kids. I think most know me from Ultima's. I have been with Ultima from almost the beginning back in the small marble. Its been a fun few years and i'm looking forward to this new adventure. Hope to see you all at The Falls.

~The Newest Event~
The Treasure Chest Game is now open Sunday Evenings immediatly following the auction. Keys can be purchased off the vendor for a reasonable price of 15k per key with prizes ranging all the way up to 200k. Feel free to try your luck on this great game sponsored by The Falls Staff. ~Submission Information~
You will be glad to hear that our fee for submiisions is very resonable at the rate of 5% of the final price. You may submit as many items as you like. When items are submitted, please place them in a bag and include a book. In the book please give us your name and contact information, the name of the item and your minimum bidding price. Just a small bit of advise...if the minimum is too high, chances are it will not sell. Only give items to autorized FAH staff members listed on the contact page. The Falls will not be held responsible for items not given to proper individuals. Items are accepted in Auction house only and someone has to be behind table to accept item. This is to insure that you do not get scammed out of your item.
~Auction House Rules~
To keep everything running smoothly we must ask that you follow some simple rules. *Please keep talking to a minimum, this assures that all bidders will be heard.
*No casting except - recall, sacred journey, and night sight.
*We require that you pay for all items before we will allow you to make a new bid.
*Absolutely no obscenity will be allowed, as we wish to provide a child safe enviroment. We will be working on a zero tolerance policy as follows: 1 warning, then removal, finally a banishment. We hope that this policy will find itself unneeded, but we feel it necessary that it be known. You may find an additional copy of rules located at the house.

~Collection Time~
If you had a submission in the auction, you may pick up your winnings on Monday, during one of our two convenient collection times.
